SITUATION:-

The land is edged blue on the attached plan and extends to 15.86 hectares (39.17 acres) or thereabouts and is currently in arable rotation, although has previously been pasture. The land has been drained and again hedges have been cut with internal fencing being C8/80/15 wire and barb.
