Standard AMC Loans can support a range of business purposes including:
- Buying land, new buildings and fixed equipment.
- Restructuring borrowing or paying out a retiring partner,
- Building improvements, purchasing machinery and diversification.
- You can borrow from £25,001 upwards.
- Flexible terms can be tailored to your business needs, with terms from 5 to 30 years.
- Fixed or variable rate or a combination or both.
- Repayment or interest only instalments.
- Loans secured against agricultural land, buildings and dwellings. (Maximum of 60% Loan to Value).
Rural Business Loans*
Rural Business Loans can support a range of rural business purposes including:
- Fishing lakes, activity centres, commercial shoots and game rearing.
- Equestrian.
- Tourist activities and farm shops.
- You can borrow from £25,001 upwards.
- Terms of 5 to 30 years are available, (subject to being repaid before the age of 75).
- Fixed or variable rates or a combination of both.
- Loans secured against agricultural land, buildings and dwellings, (maximum of 60% Loan to Value).
